2. Products and Services
Cozy Fungy offers the products displayed on our online store. All products are described as accurately as possible. Images and colors may differ slightly due to device settings.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT (TTC).

  • Shipping fees and additional charges (customs, import taxes) are not included unless specified.

  • Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal, or other payment methods available at checkout.

  • Orders are confirmed once payment is processed.

4. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

  • Shipping risk and ownership transfer to the buyer once the product is handed to the carrier.

  • Cozy Fungy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • Consumers have 14 days from receipt of goods to exercise the right of withdrawal without reason.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

  • Refunds will include the product price; shipping costs are refunded only if required by law.

  • Exclusions: personalized or perishable items cannot be returned.

6. Legal Guarantees

  • Conformity: Products must comply with the description and be fit for normal use.

  • Hidden defects: Products must be free from defects that prevent normal use.

  • Claims under these guarantees must be reported within 2 years of delivery for conformity and within reasonable time for hidden defects.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
